The price excludes final cleaning (€60–€150 depending on the accommodation) and tourist tax (€0.45–€2.25 per person per night). No other hidden costs.

Free cancellation up to 60 days before arrival. If you cancel between 60 and 14 days before arrival, you receive a credit voucher. Within 14 days, the full rental amount is due. We recommend taking out travel insurance.

Check-in from 16:00, check-out by 10:00 at the latest. Early check-in or late check-out is possible on request.

All accommodations have fast WiFi (at least 100 Mbit/s) and free parking. Villa Coco de Luxe has a private parking space for 2 vehicles.

May, June, September and October are ideal: pleasantly warm (22-28°C), quiet beaches and lower prices than in summer. The high season (July and August) offers the warmest weather, but also the biggest crowds. Winter (November to March) is mild (12-18°C) and perfect for spending the winter in the sun or for anyone looking for peace and quiet.

That depends on what you're looking for. The Costa del Sol is more glamorous, with more nightlife. The Costa Blanca offers the same luxury in a quieter, more authentic setting: less crowded beaches, more varied scenery (mountains, coves, nature) and a more Spanish atmosphere. For couples and families who really want to relax, the Costa Blanca wins.

Calpe (northern Costa Blanca) is more picturesque and quieter, known for the iconic Peñón de Ifach rock and crystal-clear water. Torrevieja (southern Costa Blanca) is bigger and livelier, with its unique pink salt lakes and wide sandy beaches. Calpe is ideal if you're after nature; Torrevieja if you want more buzz and an international vibe.

Alicante airport (ALC) is the nearest airport. There are direct flights from Amsterdam and Brussels (around 2.5-3 hours). Driving time: around 1 hour to Calpe and around 45 minutes to Torrevieja. Most car rental companies are based at the airport itself.

Absolutely. The Costa Blanca has the mildest winter in Europe outside the Canary Islands: an average of 15-18 degrees during the day in December and January, and more than 300 sunny days a year. Spending the winter here (November to March) is popular with Dutch and Belgian visitors. Our Torrevieja apartments are also available in winter; ask about our special winter rates.

Plenty. From Calpe you can reach the picturesque mountain village of Guadalest, Altea (the artists' town), Benidorm and the water fun at Aqualandia within 30 minutes. Torrevieja offers its unique pink salt lakes, weekly markets and the city of Alicante an hour's drive away. Via Alicante you can reach Valencia (City of Arts and Sciences) in 1.5 hours.
