Cancellation policy

Valid from April 2025

Free cancellation

More than 60 days before arrival

You receive a full refund of your deposit. No cancellation fees are charged.

Travel voucher

60 to 14 days before arrival

Your deposit is converted into a credit you can use for a future stay with us, valid for 18 months.

Full charge

Less than 14 days before arrival

If you cancel within 14 days of arrival, the full rental amount is due. We strongly recommend taking out cancellation insurance.

Changes

Changes to your dates or accommodation are free of charge up to 30 days before arrival, provided the desired alternatives are available.

Force majeure

In cases of demonstrable force majeure (illness, death of an immediate family member), the owner assesses each case individually and we aim to find a suitable solution.
